A Bolton warehouse development has scooped two New 12 months discounts as demand for mid-box models grows.
Multiply Logistics North has secured the permitting of Device F2/D, a device of 25,497 sq ft, to Solus Incident Restore Centres. Solus has taken a ten-calendar year permitting and will be working with the device as a car accident and maintenance centre. In a next offer, it has completed the letting of Device F2/F, a unit of 20,434 sq ft, to a pharmaceutical provider that has taken a 10-12 months letting at a lease of £7.75 for each sq ft.
