Buyers go after very last-mile logistics property | SHD Logistics Information

Buyers have redoubled their desire in final-mile logistics property as they put together for a rethink of the United kingdom parcels and on-line fulfilment firms.

Oxenwood Actual Estate, the Uk and European true estate financial investment administration agency, has acquired 3 more models.

A Manchester Trafford Park warehouse was portion of a three-device offer which also bundled two Southampton depots. The full 352,000 sq ft sale-and-leaseback transaction was concluded at a price of £25.9 million. The models have been leased back on leases ranging from 3 to 15 a long time.



The order was by Oxenwood Catalina as a joint enterprise with Catalina Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd. The deal comes just weeks following the £51 million acquisition by Oxenwood Catalina of four very last-mile attributes in London, Redhill and Manchester.

Past week Prologis acquired a North London retail park as the logistics property sector moves in on retail internet sites as potential final-mile shipping and delivery spots. Prologis paid £51.4 million for the 128,000 sq ft web-site at Ravenside Retail Park, Edmonton.
