A 185,000 sq ft speculative M3 motorway warehouse advancement has been unveiled by St Modwen.
St. Modwen has submitted a specific planning software to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council to develop three significant-good quality speculative models of 37,000 sq ft, 51,000 sq ft and 97,000 sq ft at an 11.3-acre industrial and logistics park in Basingstoke.
The web site is concerning junction 6 and 7 of the M3. St. Modwen will begin building of the units in March 2020.
David McGougan, Senior Progress Supervisor at St. Modwen Industrial & Logistics, explained: “Our proposed advancement has access to a huge probable workforce through its strategic site and great connectivity and we intend to provide a scheme that answers the industry demand from customers for work place.”
